About the Role:
Job Title:Field Technical Support Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware support for printers
- Educate customers about technology and manage critical service events
- Troubleshoot hardware problems on printers and other devices
- Balance and prioritize multiple activities and issues
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware problems
- Experience in technical/mechanical hardware repair
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds of weight
- Onsite customer-facing experience
Location: New York, 10119
Salary Range:The salary for this position is between $70,000 $75,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
