About the Role
- Regularly perform network maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks related to complex issues.
- Support on-call rotation focused on nuanced failures and escalations.
- Work closely with other engineers and external vendors.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the network's design, configurations, and changes.

Network Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Incident Response: Investigate complex technical and process issues on a global scale.
- Escalation Management: Participate in Tier 3 and 4 on-call rotation.
- Review and approve equipment configuration prototypes.
- Develop procedures to track, project, or report network availability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years working within network or infrastructure operations.
- Minimum of 5 years experience partnering with enterprise and service provider vendors.
- Proficient in at least one of the network domains.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.

- Experience collaborating across a global team and with cross-functional partners.
- Experience identifying key metrics to evaluate success and business impact.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide constructive feedback.

Position Information
Salary Range:The salary for this position is between $100,000 $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
