About the Role:

• This role will help generate, execute and profile AR software with a focus on graphics to guide our graphics pipeline architecture and development work.
• The successful candidate will be able to build and acquire 3D applications and transform them into workloads that can be used by our internal tools.
• The ideal candidate should have experience with creating, executing and profiling graphics for 3D games and applications.
• The candidate will also help with building automated tools and flows needed to acquire and transform graphics content into a suite of AR use cases.

Job Title: Silicon Performance Modeling Engineer IV

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify & debug AR Models and Software Driver with focus on AR graphics workload and experiences
• Execute and profile the AR graphics workloads on AR prototyping systems
• Build automation framework for graphics system analysis
• Collaborate closely with AR experience designers, software engineers, graphics architect / system engineers to analyze and improve the end-to-end graphics stack

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in software development, software driver, firmware development or hardware development
• 5 years of experience in C and Python
• Experience with System C and transaction level modeling (TLM 2.0)
• Experience in custom IP block performance/power estimates

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related
• 10 years of experience in software development, software driver, firmware development or hardware development
• 10 years of experience in C and Python
• Experience in 3D graphics application development, execution and profiling
• Experience with VR/AR development
• FAANG background

Location: Oregon / California / Washington (Remote from any of these locations)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $124,800 $187,200 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
