Job Description:
Title: Profile Developer
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Core Requirement: Strong experience (ideally 5 years, but open to 3-4 years of recent experience) in MUMPS and PSL (Profile Scripting Language).
- MUMPS: A proprietary code base that Profile was originally built on. Some clients may still be running older versions.
- PSL (Profile Scripting Language): The language Profile was transitioned to approximately 8-10 years ago. (similar to Java)
- Essential: Expertise on the Profile Core banking system is crucial. (If they have PSL they will have Profiles exp)
- Banking Knowledge: Foundational understanding of banking operations would be highly beneficial, as the Profile system is used by financial institutions.
- Not a Substitute: Java experience alone is not a substitute for PSL experience. The core logic and functionality of Profile are in PSL, and prior experience within the platform is necessary.
- Training Limitations: The client group currently has limited capacity or opportunity to train new resources on Profile. They are looking for individuals who can hit the ground running on client projects.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
