- WebLogic Administration: Configure, maintain, and secure WebLogic environments, including domain communication and automated deployments.
- Virtualization & Containerization: Manage physical to virtual server migrations and work with Kubernetes/container technologies.
- System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide 24/7 production support as needed.
- Scripting & Automation: Automate tasks using scripting languages.
- 10 years of relevant experience in system administration and engineering.
- Strong WebLogic administration/Migration and some security experience.
- Proficient with IAM/SAML configurations.
- Knowledge of physical to virtual server migrations.
- Understanding of Kubernetes and containerization.
- Experience in a financial domain.
- Ability to participate in 24/7 on call support.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
