Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement & Administrative Specialist to support our internal procurement processes and team operations. This position plays a key role in facilitating supplier onboarding, opening purchase orders, and supporting team logistics, while working closely with internal stakeholders across Latin America.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- 5–7 years of direct experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of PO creation, vendor management, and procurement compliance standards.
- Prior experience using MyOrder or similar procurement platforms is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
