About the Role:
Job Title: AI/ML Engineer
Project Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to play a pivotal role in their AI and Engineering strategy as they expand into cutting-edge technologies.
- This high-impact role involves designing and developing advanced AI frameworks and scalable systems, from initial concept to prototype, through deployment in production environments.
Responsibility:
- Recommending AI system architectures, building MVPs to validate solutions, constructing robust data pipelines, and implementing cloud infrastructure for AI applications.
- The role also includes defining low-latency APIs for AI model deployment, monitoring performance, and ensuring reliable system operation.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership on AI strategies, best practices, and governance is a core aspect of this role.
- Candidates should bring a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 5 years of hands-on AI/ML experience (a Master’s/PhD or certifications may partially substitute for experience).
- Deep proficiency in modern deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX), ethical AI practices (e.g., explainability, fairness), and techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation or Tree of Thoughts in prompt engineering is essential.
- Experience with production-level ML systems, container orchestration, Agile teams, and scalable software architecture is required.
- The ideal candidate is well-versed in deep learning models such as transformers, GANs, CNNs, LSTMs, and diffusion models, and can debug and tune AI systems for performance.
- Strong communication skills are critical, including the ability to explain complex AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools like Streamlit, secure software engineering practices, and AI lifecycle management is also valuable.

Location: Remote (US based candidates)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $150,000 – $155,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
