Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Defense Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in personal injury defense law, with a proven track record of success in handling complex cases.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in personal injury defense cases, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and product liability.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Provide counsel to clients regarding their legal rights and options.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure the effective handling of cases.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
- 3 years of experience practicing personal injury defense law.
- Strong litigation skills, including experience in conducting depositions and arguing motions.
