Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive estate planning services, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
• Advise clients on tax planning, asset protection, and wealth transfer strategies.
• Handle probate and trust administration matters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic advice.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trusts and estates law.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and tax laws.
• Excellent writing and drafting skills.
• Active membership in the Wisconsin State Bar.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
