Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive estate planning services, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
- Advise clients on tax planning, asset protection, and wealth transfer strategies.
- Handle probate and trust administration matters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic advice.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in trusts and estates law.
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and tax laws.
- Excellent writing and drafting skills.
- Active membership in the Wisconsin State Bar.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
