What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Ascendion?
My client is looking for a mid to senior level real estate litigation attorney. They are a highly successful and well know mid sized firm. This is a hybrid position for remote flexibility. We are looking for an ambitious attorney who can work autonomously with little oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in real estate-related litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
- Handle disputes involving property rights, lease agreements, construction issues, and zoning matters.
- Provide legal counsel on risk management and real estate compliance.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Stay current with evolving real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate litigation.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or eligible for admission.
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
