Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of defense litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Prepare for and represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
- Develop case strategies in collaboration with partners and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar and active license in PA/NJ.
- 2–5 years of defense litigation experience preferred.
- Experience with depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
