My client is seeking a healthcare litigation attorney. They are a well respected, highly successful mid sized firm. The ideal candidate will be a highly ambitious, self driven individual with multiple years of litigation experience in the healthcare space.
What you'll do:
- Represent healthcare clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
- Defend medical professionals and institutions in malpractice and liability claims.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and healthcare policies.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare case strategies.
- Stay current with evolving healthcare laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare litigation.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or eligible for admission.
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
