My client, a well known law firm, is looking for a Insurance Coverage / Coverage Litigation Attorney to join its growing insurance coverage group.
This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with experience handling insurance coverage / coverage litigation matters to work with a collaborative group of experienced coverage / coverage litigation attorneys
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of Texas
- 5 years coverage / coverage litigation experience
- Experience in areas of insurance coverage including drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines (CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, intellectual property, etc.)
- Experience in either or both third-party and first-party claims
- Coverage analysis and writing experience
- Superior analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
