Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage/coverage litigation matters.
- Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters.
- In coverage litigation matters, draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of coverage and coverage litigation experience.
- Expertise in drafting coverage opinions in one or more lines of insurance.
- Experience handling both third-party and first-party claims.
- Superior analytical abilities.
Salary : $195,000 - $205,000
