About the Role:
Job Title: AWS Network Engineer
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AWS Networking Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on managing VPC-level constructs and ensuring smooth AWS cloud networking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize AWS VPC-level networking constructs and connectivity.
- Implement robust networking solutions aligned with policies.
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, with a future focus on full automation.
- Work on non-standard methods to address unique networking challenges.
- Provide on-call support on a rotating basis every two weeks, with training provided for effective issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in AWS Networking with relevant AWS certifications.
- Proficiency in Python OR Go is nice to have.
- CompTIA Network certifications are advantageous.
Locations: Richmond, VA
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100K– $120K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
