Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage intricate Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases from start to resolution
- Represent creditors in adversary proceedings, motions for relief from stay, and other related litigation
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and legal documents with precision
- Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and legal staff to craft effective case strategies and ensure legal compliance
- Conduct thorough legal research and offer strategic legal advice to clients
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in bankruptcy law with a focus on creditor representation
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes cases simultaneously
- Admission to the Texas State Bar (additional state bar admissions are a plus)
