Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
- 4 years of experience practicing law with a focus on litigation(Defense or Plaintiff).
- Demonstrated experience handling complex litigation matters involving business disputes, real estate transactions, contract disputes, employment issues, financial elder abuse, and trust / probate litigation.
Benefits :
Salary : $150,000 - $215,000
