Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain complex schedules to ensure effective time management for executives.
- Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and compliant manner.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including on-the-ground logistics.
- Collaborate with the Business Operations team to plan events and offsites.
- Work closely with the Business Management team to align business processes with leadership calendars and commitments.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative support, including workspace organization and maintaining the storage room.
