Requirements :
4 years of Project Manager experience
2 years of commercial experience
Previous masonry experience
Responsibilities :
Manages all day to day aspects of projects
Meets project control financial standards by developing and meeting the budget : controlling project expense by categorizing and analyzing expenditures; comparing expenses to project budget; reviewing purchases; evaluating cost trends; recommending adjustments and corrections.
Locates, selects and qualifies sub-contractors by developing and evaluating bids and performing buy outs.
Manages sub-contractors; obtaining and maintaining sub-contractor documentation; coordinates between trades and ensures adherence to drawings, specifications, and schedules
