About the Role:
Job Title:
- Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and data analysts to understand source and target data models and establish mappings.
- Perform thorough analysis of diverse healthcare datasets, including patients, providers, claims, insurance enrollment, risk adjustment, quality measures, and operational data.
- Document mapping specifications for each field, considering data accuracy and completeness
- Define and refine transformation logic to reconcile differences between external and internal data structures.
- Test and validate transformed data to ensure consistency and quality within the normalized data warehouse.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5- 8 years experience in IT.
- Strong understanding of data normalization, ETL processes, and schema mapping between disparate data sources.
- High standard of accuracy in documenting mappings and attention to nuanced differences between data sources.
- Ability to analyze complex data issues and develop clear, implementable solutions for data transformation and normalization.
- Healthcare experience is must have.

- Strong communication skills.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
