About the Role:
Title: Engagement Manager
Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: Strong background in Aerospace, Space, Defense sectors.
- Program Management Skills: Experience managing high-stakes, complex programs within regulated environments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, government agencies, and technical teams.
- Financial Acumen: Competence in managing P&L, contract budgets, and cost optimization strategies.
- Risk Management: Experience in developing mitigation plans for project risks, including supply chain constraints and cybersecurity threats.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to drive continuous service improvements.
- Technical & Business Alignment: Experience working across engineering, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey complex ideas clearly in technical and executive-level discussions.
Preferred Experience:
- Proven success in expanding accounts within aerospace and defense sectors.
- Background in manufacturing process optimization, digital transformation, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Experience working with defense contractors, OEMs, and government agencies.
- Strong understanding of supply chain resilience, procurement processes, and manufacturing automation.
Location: Seattle, WA, United States
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120k - $150k USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
