About the Role:
- The main function of a project coordinator is to support project managers and project teams on a project.
- The coordinator ensures that no resources are being allocated to unnecessary tasks and that all aspects of the project are completed as quickly as possible.
Job Title: Engineering Project Coordinator IV
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Procurement including PO issues, tracking and shipping logistics
- Support internal hardware devices allocation and distribution
- Partner with Technical Program Managers and Engineering Leads for Budget management
- Support build matrix development
- Support hardware bill of materials (BOM) management and Engineering Changes
- Establish and assemble project teams and coordinate activities.
- Develop detailed work plans, project estimates, status reports, project tracking and analysis.
- Perform economic and other analysis as required to achieve the best least cost.
- Manage critical milestones throughout the project to ensure the best customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training required.
- Experience in procurement - issuing and managing POs
- Experience in distribution logistics
- Some background in managing budget
- Proficient in using spreadsheets, power point slide decks, managing BOM
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in related field.
- Logistics role - previous working experience with vendors in Asia
Location: Redmond, WA [Onsite]
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $83,200 – $120,640 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
