Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of family law matters from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediation sessions
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on various family law issues
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
- Maintain organized case files and documentation
- Stay updated on changes in family law statutes and legal precedents
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Arizona State Bar
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law
