What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Technical Support position at Ascendion?
Laptop Depot Repair Technician(s) Monday -Friday 8am to 5pm
- Responsible for Laptop repair in company's Depot Repair program.
- Provide monitoring, acceptance, ownership and closure of calls in "Customer" call ticketing system & company system
- Diagnose/verify failures using supplied software tools and utilities.
- Provide part requests to facilitate repairs.
- Responsible for monthly service call reporting.
- May also be required to backup/assist in company PMO.
- Maintain and adhere to pre-defined SLA's as directed by existing contract between Customer and Company.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
