About the Role:

Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer

Job Description:

• Looking to add an experienced Software Developer with strong logical design and coding ability, with experience in microservices, Java, and Spring Boot being highly valued.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, system design, and handling large-scale data.
• You will play a critical role in transitioning microservices architecture to modern design patterns while contributing to infrastructure design and end-to-end development tasks.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 6 Years of overall development experience.
• Focus primarily on backend development.
• Able to Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java 17/21 and Spring Boot.
• Experience in Building and enhancing RESTful APIs for seamless integration.
• Implemented and managed cloud-based solutions with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes (3 years of experience required).
• Proficiency in data flow management and large-scale data handling.
• Manage and format large datasets, ensuring smooth data flow and processing.
• Support the migration and redesign of microservices architecture.
• Utilize Databricks for advanced data handling and analytics.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of infrastructure and system design, including end-to-end development tasks.

Plusses:

• Work with Python for scripting or supplementary tasks.
• Integrate and optimize messaging systems, with Kafka experience considered a strong plus.
• Collaborate on frontend components using React or Angular.
• Experience with nonrelational and relational databases is a plus.

Location: Plano, TX / Tampa, FL (Hybrid, 3 days in office/week)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $75,000 - $95,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
