About the Role:
Job Title: Lead GenAI/ML Engineer
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lead GenAI/ML Engineer to spearhead AI initiatives, develop LLM-based solutions, and manage an offshore team. The ideal candidate will work on Chat, IVR, and Banking applications, implement Speech-to-Text solutions, and optimize semantic search using cutting-edge AI techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI/ML projects, collaborating with directors and managing offshore teams.
- Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions (Chat, IVR, Banking).
- Implement Speech-to-Text models (Whisper, GoogleTTS).
- Work with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and Graph Databases (Neo4j).
- Fine-tune Transformer/Neural Network models.
- Utilize OpenAI APIs, Langchain, Haystack, and Agentic Workflows.
- Optimize AI search with HyDE, MMR, LLM reranking.
Required Skills
- 10 years in AI/ML, with 3 years in GenAI/LLMs.
- Must have team leading experience.
- Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain.
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, Vector & Graph Databases.
- Cloud AI deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Prior experience in Conversational AI, IVR, or Banking (preferred).
Locations: Irving, TX
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $135K– $155K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
