We are an Award Winning, Nation Law Firm, looking to bring on an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our growing team. The role is REMOTE, full-time position. We need someone with 3-10 years of insurance coverage/defense experience. We are looking to hire ASAP.
Requirements:
- 3 years of defense litigation
- 1 years of coverage/coverage litigation experience
- Experience in areas of insurance coverage including drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines (CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, intellectual property, etc.)
- Experience in either or both third-party or first-party claims
- Coverage analysis and writing experience
- Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions required
- Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada
Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other legal documents
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment
- Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters
- In coverage litigation matters, draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery
- Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subject
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
