Role - Insurance Defense Attorney

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Analyze case files, evaluate liability and damages, and provide strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the state bar.
- 2 years of experience in insurance defense, civil litigation, or related practice areas.
