About the Role:
Title: Java Developer
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science, a similar field of study, or comparable work experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of JAVA experience
- Curious, motivated to learn something new every day
- Fun, patient, and an active listener
- Customer service-oriented attitude and top-notch time management
- Experience writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Object-oriented programming and component-based development
- Experience with SQL and relational database design/development
- Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
- Experience programming with Java in professional setting
- Experience with Maven, Junit, Angular, Spring Boot, and IntelliJ IDE
- Experience with Distributed Systems, SOAP API design, and Apache Kafka
- Experience with Eclipse or Visual Studio Code IDE's, various plug-ins, Maven, Nexus
- Experience with Git, branching, and merge requests/pull requests
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, security and monitoring
Location: Downtown Seattle/ Federal Way/ Lynnwood/ Bellevue (Factoria), WA
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90k - $130k USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
