Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in labor and employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination cases.
- Provide counsel on employment policies, compliance, and risk management.
- Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
- Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and contracts.
- Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and provide clear, timely communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of labor and employment litigation experience.
- Active Texas Bar membership in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Strong courtroom and negotiation skills.
Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
