My client is a top rated law firm with offices in the Northeast and is expanding in all offices. Their Boston office is looking for a Med Mal Attorney to add to their team
Requirements:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
- 1 to 6 years (maximum) of experience in Medical Malpractice defense litigation required (clerkship experience is a plus).
- 1 year (minimum) of prior trial experience in federal and state courts.
- Assist with mediations, arbitrations, trials, and hearings.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions.
- Perform legal research and prepare and respond to discovery.
- Take and defend fact witness and expert depositions.
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
