About the Role:
Job Title: Direct Loan Processor Specialist 1
We are now hiring a Direct Loan Processor Specialist 1. This position focuses on processing high call volumes and consumer loans, which requires high attention to detail, organizational skills, and multi-tasking abilities. We are looking for someone who is computer-savvy and has a passion for helping our members achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high volumes of loan applications via phone and email
- Review data entered in the loan origination system for accuracy and compliance
- Process loan applications and complete all necessary documentation
- Communicate regularly with borrowers, underwriters, and loan officers to provide timely updates on the loan status
- Answer customer inquiries about loan products, rates, and application procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in processing consumer loans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer-savvy with experience using MS Office and loan origination software
- Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends
Location: Sacramento, CA
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $40k to $45k Per Year. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
