Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough case assessments, investigations, and legal research to build strong arguments and ensure favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to negotiate settlements or prepare for trial.
- Provide diligent legal counsel, educate clients on their rights, and offer support throughout the legal process.
- Stay updated on laws, regulations, and case precedents to deliver top-notch legal representation and uphold ethical standards.
Qualifications:
