Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, and motion practice
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Oversee case development, including legal research, discovery, and litigation strategy
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in New Jersey
- 3 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law
- Trial and/or arbitration experience preferred
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases efficiently and independently
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
