About the Role
- Job Title: Public Policy Manager II
- Location:Washington, DC 20004
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the External Affairs team budget, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company's financial policies
- Forecast quarterly budgets with the finance team for accurate financial planning
- Onboard vendors, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with company's procurement processes
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the team on budget, onboarding, and ad credit processes
- Meet monthly with External Affairs leads to provide budget updates and ensure alignment
- Provide End-of-Year (EOY) deadlines and shepherd the compliance process
- Manage cross-functional review processes end-to-end
- Communicate externally with outside counsel and collaborate internally with legal and compliance teams
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in budget or program management, or a related field
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy or related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in productivity and financial management tools
- Experience working cross-functionally across different teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial planning and forecasting
- Master's Degree in Public Policy
- Knowledge of procurement processes
- Ability to provide guidance and support to team members
- Experience with budget tracking and reporting

Position Information
Salary Range:The salary for this position is between $83,200 – $114,400 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
