About the Role:
Job Title: Python Developer
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate manual business processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
- Work with business analysts and process owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the automation solution meets the needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with RPA architects, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role (Python development)
- Knowledge with Open Source RPA tools like Robot Framework, TagUI, Taskt, or OpenRPA.
- Experience in Automation Anywhere is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Working with Machine learning tools is a big plus.
Location: Hybrid in Irving, TX
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90,000 – $95,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
