We are a growing Manufacturing Company, looking to bring on an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a growing company, we are looking for someone experienced within a smaller company, assisting in our growth. This role is on-site.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experienced as a Quality Assurance Manager
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
- Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations
- Experience with quality control techniques such as statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)
- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles
- Ability to fabricate, analyze, and interpret technical data and specifications
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards
- Lead and mentor the Quality Assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance standards
- Drive quality initiatives across all production stages, including research and development, manufacturing, and final testing
- Provide guidance and support to production teams to ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
