We are hiring a Matrimonial Family Law Attorney that specializes in high-net worth individuals. We are a boutique firm that works closely together with support of our clients.
LOCATION : White Plains, NY (Hybrid)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Represent clients in family court hearings, mediation sessions, and settlement negotiations.
- Provide legal representation and guidance to clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, prenuptial agreements.
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs, goals, and legal rights, and provide sound legal advice accordingly.
- Prepare and file legal documents, such as petitions, complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
