About the Role:
Job Title: Mobile UI Lead Developer
Job Summary:
We're looking for a Senior Mobile UI Lead Developer with strong expertise in Swift and MVI architecture to lead our iOS UI development efforts. You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build intuitive, high-performance mobile experiences. SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of UI components using Swift and MVI architecture.
- Collaborate across teams to design seamless mobile user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
- Drive best practices for UI performance, accessibility, and testing.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive years of experience in iOS development with Swift
- Strong grasp of MVI or similar UI architectures
- Experience with iOS SDK, Xcode, and UI design principles
- Familiarity with app deployment and App Store guidelines
Nice-to-Have:
- SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose experience
- Knowledge of Combine, async/await, and reactive programming
- Experience with CI/CD and Agile development
Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $145K – $175K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
