Job Title: Senior RPA Developer
Responsibilities:
- Proficient in A360 and AA V11
- Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate manual business processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
- Work with business analysts and process owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the automation solution meets the needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with RPA architects, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Automation process exposure
- Strong programming skills in Automation Anywhere
- Hands-on experience in working with Open Source RPA tools like Robot Framework, TagUI, Taskt, or OpenRPA is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Location: Irving, TX ( Preferred Location; Hybrid Role; Needs to work 3 days from Office in a week);
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $110,000– $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
