About the Role:
Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager
Role Overview:
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the technical product roadmap, collaborating closely with engineering teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our cloud architecture, and API development to meet the needs of our data-intensive applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical product strategy, translating business requirements into actionable plans and technical specifications.
- Drive Agile product development processes, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with UI/UX design teams to optimize customer experience and usability of our digital products.
- Oversee API development and microservices architecture, ensuring scalability and security best practices.
- Guide data-driven initiatives including machine learning projects and cloud migrations.
- Foster collaboration with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to achieve strategic goals.
- Solve complex problems with strategic thinking, leveraging your deep technical expertise.
Required Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on AWS and cloud-based solutions.
- Expertise in API development, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS)
- Strong background in UI/UX design principles, enhancing customer experience through design.
- Hands-on experience leading data-driven initiatives, including machine learning and cloud migrations.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and drive execution in Agile environments.
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex projects in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services domains.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and API best practices.
- Knowledge of customer experience (CX/DX) strategies and data-driven decision-making for digital products.
- Certifications such as PMI-ACP, PMP, or cloud certifications are a plus.
Locations: McLean, VA
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120K– $140K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
