About the Role:
- Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
Job Title: Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiter role requiring the ability to quickly onboard high-caliber candidates.
- Strong recruiting background combined with program management experience.
- Expertise in sourcing top-tier candidates, including those from tech, military, and technical backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Tech Stack is essential.
- Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume recruitment environment and adapt quickly.
- Experience in campus recruiting, high-tech recruiting, and intern hiring is preferred.
- Familiarity with hiring SDE interns and understanding of technical hiring needs.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and Boolean search techniques.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Exceptional sourcing abilities
- Strong business acumen
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to perform under high-pressure situations
Location: Seattle, WA
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $55,000 - $60,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, and 5 personal days accrued each calendar year. The Paid time off benefits meets the paid sick and safe time laws that pertain to the City/ State, 10-15 days of paid vacation time, 6 paid holidays, and 1 floating holiday per calendar year, Ascendion Learning Management System.
