Position Summary:
This role is responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for a fleet of office equipment at customer locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Device Management:
- Manage consumable inventory levels for office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
- Replace consumables, including customer-provided paper, at all designated locations.
- Ensure adequate stock levels of consumables are maintained at customer sites.
Data Management:
- Collect and track device usage data and monitor device performance and identify potential issues proactively.
- Manage the utilization of onsite spare device inventory and coordinate data collection for transition team.
Technical Skills:
- Apply knowledge of NT/Unix/MS platforms to resolve technical issues.
- Proficiency in using web-based software for fleet management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in a technical field preferred.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $35000 – $39000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
