We are a growing, Award Winning Law Firm, looking to bring on Workers Compensation Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone with 3 years of workers compensation experience. We are looking to hire ASAP!

Requirements :

  • 3 years of experience in workers' compensation
  • Ability to work independently as well within a team
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and insurance policies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be licensed and in good standing

Responsibilities :

  • Gathering and reviewing medical evidence and medical records
  • Taking depositions of the claimant, physicians, medical experts, and other parties
  • Conducting discovery
  • Performing legal research
  • Remaining current with developments in the law
  • Drafting pleadings, findings of fact, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents
