Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in workers' compensation
- Ability to work independently as well within a team
- Knowledge of employee benefits and insurance policies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be licensed and in good standing
Responsibilities:
- Gathering and reviewing medical evidence and medical records
- Taking depositions of the claimant, physicians, medical experts, and other parties
- Conducting discovery
- Performing legal research
- Remaining current with developments in the law
- Drafting pleadings, findings of fact, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
