You will learn and collaborate with all department channels, including patient, healthcare provider and digital marketing, as well as learning about our internal promotional review committee to understand how material approvals work. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic and tactical brand plans, along with key marketing assets across the portfolio, including digital and social media assets and sales tools
- Engage with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align on marketing strategies
- Support the team by monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitive activities, and understanding customer needs to support decision-making
- Participate in team meetings, providing updates on assigned tasks and projects
- Assist in the development of reports analyzing digital marketing effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and information sharing and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field
- Strong interest in pharmaceutical product marketing and brand management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders
- Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
- Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
