What You Will Do
As a Healthcare Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, cold calling and selling qualified candidates on open contract positions nationwide, from short / long-term vacancies due to staffing shortages and increased needs for our direct clients and Managed Service Provider clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Partner with Account Managers to identify client needs
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
