Position Overview

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join a collaborative and close-knit AP team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 years of AP experience or recent graduates eager to grow their careers in finance. The environment is friendly and team-oriented with regular team-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually enter ~200 invoices weekly into Oracle from scanned documents received by email/mail

• Manage invoice approval workflow and process weekly payments

• Create payment batches and send remittances

• Maintain the AP inbox, handling vendor inquiries and past-due notices

• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions

• Assist with account reconciliations and ensure entries are accurate

• Process credit card transactions efficiently

Candidate Profile

• 1 year of AP experience or recent graduate with strong interest in accounting

• Comfortable with manual data entry and detail-oriented

• Eager to build a long-term career in accounts payable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player

• Enjoys a collaborative work culture

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle is a plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills
