Key Responsibilities:
- AP Oversight: Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline AP workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, GAAP standards, and regulatory requirements. Generate reports to support financial analysis and decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor AP team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in accounts payable management or a related financial leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of AP processes, accounting principles, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
