Our client is seeking an attorney with 7 or more years of experience handling first party property homeowner insurance cases. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney who enjoys these types of cases and is able to work remotely but based out of Atlanta, Georgia.
Requirements/Responsibilities
- 7 years of experience with homeowner insurance litigation
- Must be active and in good standing to practice law in Georgia
- Represents homeowners in first party property insurance matters
- Drafts complaints, motions, appears in court when required
- Takes/defends depositions, and exchanges discovery with opposing counsel
